瘡疣（上惻莊反俗字也考聲云瘡痍也說文作創剏傷也古文作戧或作剏古字也下音尤蒼頡篇疣病也考聲云皮上風結也或作肬肬贅也佳芮反）。

瘡疣 (sores and warts): The upper [character] is *chuāng* (惻莊反 [t͡ʃʰɨaŋ]), a vulgar character. The *Kaosheng* says: "Sores and wounds." The *Shuowen* writes it as 創 or 剏, meaning a wound; ancient script writes it as 戧, or alternatively 剏 as the ancient character. The lower [character] is pronounced *yóu* (音尤). The *Cang Jie pian* says: "疣 is an illness." The *Kaosheng* says: "A wind-knot on the skin; also written as 肬; 肬 is an excrescence (贅, *zhuì*, 佳芮反 [t͡ɕwiɛiᴴ])."
