呵𠿒（呼阿反或作訶周禮曰不敬者呵而罰之古文從止作㱒下呼遏反經文作喝非也喝音烏介反廣蒼云𠿒亦訶也廣雅怒也說文大聲而怒也從口歇聲也）。

呵𠿒 (Scolding and shouting: [呵 has] the fanqie 呼阿 [hē]; it is also written 訶. The Zhouli says: “Those who are disrespectful are scolded and punished.” Ancient script wrote it with the radical 止 as 㱒. The second character has the fanqie 呼遏 [hè]; the sūtra text writing it 喝 is an error. 喝 has the fanqie 烏介 [ài]. The Guangcang says: “𠿒 also means to scold.” The Guangya says: “To be angry.” The Shuowen says: “To shout loudly in anger.” It is composed of the semantic 口 and the phonetic 歇.)
