斟酌（上章任反賈逵注國語云斟取也酌行也說文酌勺也從斗甚聲也）。

Deliberate and pour (斟酌: the upper character [deliberate / ladle (斟)] is 章 [zhang] + 任 [ren] [zhēn]. Jia Kui's commentary on the Guoyu says: '斟 means to take; 酌 means to serve [wine].' The Shuowen jiezi says: '酌 means to ladle.' Composed of the ladle radical (斗) with 甚 as phonetic).
