旒蘇（上音流考聲云旒蘇旗脚也今以垂珠帶為旒蘇象冕旒也古文作㐬象形字也）。

Tassels and streamers (旒蘇: the upper character [streamer (旒)] is pronounced 流 [liú]. The Kaosheng says: '旒蘇 refers to the pendants of a flag.' Here, hanging pearl-strings are referred to as 旒蘇, resembling the pendants of a ceremonial crown. In ancient script it is written as 㐬, which is a pictographic character).
