鶬鵠（上錯岡反郭璞注尒雅云創鴰鴰音栝聲類作𩀞下紅穀反一名黃鵠比翼一舉千里或曰鴻鵠俗呼為紅鶴皆形聲字也）。

Water-rail and wild swan (canghu 鶬鵠: the first character is [pronounced with the] fanqie cuo-gang 錯岡. Guo Pu's commentary on the Erya says: “Cangguan 創鴰.” Gua 鴰 is pronounced gua 栝. The Shenglei writes it as 𩀞. The second character is [pronounced with the] fanqie hong-gu 紅穀. Another name is the yellow swan; flying wing to wing, it covers a thousand li in a single ascent. It is also called honghu 鴻鵠, and commonly called the red crane. Both are phono-semantic characters).
