火炙（征亦反廣雅炙熱也漢書大暑之所炙說文炮肉也從肉在火上也）。
Roasting on fire (huozhi 火炙: [zhi is pronounced with the] fanqie zheng-yi 征亦. The Guangya says: “Zhi 炙 means hot.” The Hanshu mentions: “That which is scorched by great heat.” The Shuowen says: “Roasting meat. Composed of meat placed over fire”).
