讁罸（知革反毛詩傳曰謫責也郭注方言云相責怒也罪過也從言適聲也或作謫下音伐從罒從討）。

讁罸 [reprimand and punishment] (The first character is 知 + 革 [zhé]. The Mao commentary to the Shijing says: "Zhe means reprimand." Guo [Pu]'s commentary on the Fangyan says: "To rebuke angrily; an offence." It is composed of 言 with 適 phonetic; sometimes written as 謫. The second character has the sound 伐 [fá], composed of 罒 and 討).
