羸瘠（上力追反字書劣也弱也下情亦反何休注公羊傳云瘠病也齊人語也考聲瘦也或從肉作膌或作𤹠皆古字也）。

Emaciated and feeble (羸瘠; upper [character] *lì* + *zhuī* fanqie. Lexica say: "Inferior; weak." Lower [character] *qíng* + *yì* fanqie. He Xiu's commentary on the *Gongyang zhuan* states: "*Jí* means sick; dialect of the people of Qi." The *Kaosheng* states: "Lean." It is sometimes written with the *ròu* (flesh) radical as 膌 or as 𤹠, both of which are ancient characters).
