謇澀（上薑偃反周易謇難也方言謇吃也或作𧮈亦作寋𰍉皆一也下參立反訓解如前經作澀）。

Stammering and sluggish (the first character has the fanqie 薑偃 [jiāng + yǎn]; the Zhouyi says: '謇 means difficult'; the Fangyan says: '謇 means to stutter'; also written as 𧮈, or as 寋 or 𰍉, all being the same; the second character has the fanqie 參立 [cān + lì]; the gloss is as before; written in the sūtra as 澀).
