躁擾（子到反顧野王云躁動也考聲云急性也鄭玄云不安靜也說文躁疾也從辵作趮玉篇從足喿聲也喿音桑到反經中從參作𮜒不成字也下而沼反考聲擾亂攪也因此煩彼也從手憂聲憂音奴刀反今經文從憂非也說文夒字從頁從止從已從夂音雖作憂或作憂也）。

Restless and disturbed (the first character has the fanqie 子到 [zǐ + dào]; Gu Yewang says: '躁 means agitated'; the Kaosheng says: 'Impatient disposition'; Zheng Xuan says: 'Not calm and quiet'; the Shuowen says: '躁 means hasty'; written as 趮 with the semantic classifier 辵 'walk'; the Yupian has it with the semantic classifier 足 'foot' and the phonetic 喿; 喿 has the fanqie 桑到 [sāng + dào]; in the sūtra, written with 參 as 𮜒, which does not form a legitimate character; the second character has the fanqie 而沼 [ér + zhǎo]; the Kaosheng says: 'To perturb and stir up; due to this, vexing that'; it takes the semantic classifier 手 'hand' and the phonetic 憂; 憂 has the fanqie 奴刀 [nú + dāo]; in the present sūtra text, written with 憂, which is incorrect; the character 夒 in the Shuowen takes 頁, 止, 巳, and 夂; its sound is like 憂, or written as 憂).
