聾瘂（上祿東反下烏賈反前般若音義中已具釋不能重述經從口作啞非也）。
Deaf and mute (聾瘂: the first character has the fanqie l- + [d]ong [=lóng]. The second character has the fanqie w- + [g]u [=yǎ]; this was already fully explained earlier in the Sounds and Meanings of the Prajñā[pāramitā-sūtra] and cannot be repeated here; in the sūtra it is written with 'mouth' as 啞, which is incorrect).
