𰚫氂（上號高反下力知反王逸注楚辭云毫長銳強毛也案九章算經云凡度之始初起於忽十忽為絲十絲為𰚫十𰚫為𣯛二字並從毛形聲字也）。

𰚫氂 (the first character has the fanqie: 號 + 高; the second character has the fanqie: 力 + 知; Wang Yi's commentary on the Chu ci says: "毫 is a long, pointed, stiff hair." Examining the Jiuzhang suanshu, it states: "Generally, the origin of linear measurement begins at a hū (忽); ten hū make a sī (絲); ten sī make a háo (𰚫/毫); ten háo make a lí (𣯛/氂)." Both characters are classified under hair (毛) and are phono-semantic characters).
