瑠璃（上音留下音离青色寶也有假有真真者難得出外國假者即此國鍊石作之染為五色也）。

Lapis lazuli / beryl (瑠璃: the first character has the sound of liu (留); the second character has the sound of li (离); a blue-colored jewel. There are false and genuine kinds. The genuine is hard to obtain and comes from foreign lands. The false is made in this country by smelting stones and dyeing them into the five colors).
