賑恤（之胤反左傳分貧賑窮杜預曰分與也賑救也下詢聿反鄭注周禮振恤憂貧也）。

Relief and pity (賑恤: the first character has the fanqie zh[ī] + [y]ìn; the Zuo zhuan says: "Distribute to the poor and relieve the destitute." Du Yu says: "Fen (分) means to give; zhen (賑) means to rescue." The second character has the fanqie x[ún] + [y]ù; Zheng's commentary on the Zhouli says: "Zhenxu means to show compassion for and relieve the poor").
