謫罰（上吒格反三蒼云譴責也方言怒也郭璞云謂責怒也下煩襪反從刀詈會意字也）。

Punishment and chastisement (謫罰: the first character has the fanqie zh[ā] + [g]é; the Sancang says: "To reprimand and blame." The Fangyan says: "Anger." Guo Pu says: "It means blaming in anger." The second character has the fanqie f[án] + [m]ò; it is an ideogram composed of knife and abuse/censure).
