瘂羊（鵶賈反埤蒼云瘂瘖也案瘂者雖有聲而無言語舌不轉也亦舌轉也）。

瘂羊 [Mute sheep]: Read with the fanqie 鵶 [y-] + 賈 [-ǎ] (yǎ). The Picang says: '瘂 means dumb (瘖).' Examining this: A mute person, though having voice, lacks speech, as the tongue does not roll; or it can mean the tongue rolls [without control].
