𮌨脹（上普邦反下張亮反杜注左傳云膖脹腹滿字苑云爛壞也竝從肉形聲字也）。

𮌨脹 [Swollen and bloated]: The first character is read with the fanqie 普 [p-] + 邦 [-āng] (pāng); the second character is read with the fanqie 張 [zh-] + 亮 [-iàng] (zhàng). Du's Commentary on the Zuo zhuan says: '𮌨脹 means the belly is full.' The Ziyuan says: 'Rotten and ruined.' Both are phono-semantic characters formed from 肉 (flesh).
