髓惱（上雖𭪿反下奴倒反前音義第十七卷彌勒所問經中已釋）。
髓惱 [Marrow-afflicted / brain-afflicted]: The first character is read with the fanqie 雖 [su-] + 𭪿 [-ǐ] (suǐ); the second character is read with the fanqie 奴 [n-] + 倒 [-ǎo] (nǎo). This was already explained in Fascicle 17 of this work, under the Maitreyaparipṛcchā-sūtra.
