所𨋁（尼展反韻詮云𨋁轢也轢音歷車所踐轢也諸史書多音𨋁為耎作柔𨋁用人兖反今不用此音說文亦云𨋁轢也從車𠬝聲𠬝音𠬝經文多從展作輾非也輾音展玉篇中自有八訓皆非經義訓云輾轉也𭣼陳也信也舒也申也重也難也誠也並非經意今故不取宜改為欠也）。

所𨋁 [Crushed / run over]: Read with the fanqie 尼 [n-] + 展 [-iǎn] (niǎn). The Yunquan says: '𨋁 means to run over (轢); 轢 is pronounced lì, meaning trodden and run over by a cart.' Various historical books often pronounce 𨋁 as 耎, making 柔𨋁, using the fanqie 人 [r-] + 兖 [-ǎn] (ruǎn); we do not use this pronunciation now. The Shuowen also says: '𨋁 means to run over; formed from 車 (cart) with 𠬝 acting as phonetic; 𠬝 is pronounced niè.' In the scripture, it is frequently written with 展 as 輾, which is wrong; 輾 is pronounced zhǎn, and the Yupian lists eight meanings for it, none of which is the meaning of the scripture: it explains it as '輾轉 (tossing and turning), 𭣼 (unfolding), arranging, trusting, stretching, expressing, repeated, difficult, sincere'—none of which matches the scripture's intention. Therefore we do not adopt it now, and it should be emended to 𨋁.
