鏝陀（莫槃反案經文忉利天池名也為是梵語但響其音不求字義若依字即泥鏝字乖經義）。

鏝陀 (fanqie: 莫槃. Checking the sūtra text, this is the name of a pond in the Trāyastriṃśa Heaven. Because it is Sanskrit, one merely notes its sound without seeking the Chinese character's meaning. If one followed the character, it would be the character for a plasterer's trowel (泥鏝), which conflicts with the sense of the sūtra).
