譁說（上音花孔注尚書云譁諠也考聲云謂誼噪也說文從言華聲經從口非也）。

譁說 (the upper character is pronounced 花. Kong's commentary on the Shangshu says: '譁 means clamorous.' The Kaosheng says: 'It refers to noisy uproar.' The Shuowen says it is formed from [the semantic component] 言 (speech) and 華 as the phonetic component. The sūtra writes it with 口 (mouth), which is incorrect).
