枯涸（上康胡反考聲云木乾死也或從反作𭮆古字也下何各反賈注國語云涸竭也廣雅盡也說文渴也從水固聲也）。

枯涸 (The upper character is pronounced 康 + 胡 fanqie. The Kaosheng says: 'A tree withering and dying.' It is also written with 反 as 𭮆, an ancient character. The lower character is pronounced 何 + 各 fanqie. Jia's commentary on the Guoyu says: '涸 means dried up.' The Guangya says: 'Exhausted.' The Shuowen says: 'Thirsty/desiccated; it derives from 水 with 固 as phonetic').
