甘蔗（遮舍反王逸注楚辭云蔗藷也蜀都賦所謂甘蔗是也說文云從草𢉙聲）。

甘蔗 (Has the fanqie *zhe* + *she* [zhè]. Wang Yi's commentary on the *Chuci* states: "*Zhè* is sugar cane (*shù*)." What the *Shudu fu* refers to as sugarcane (*gānzhè*) is this. The *Shuowen* states: "Formed with *cao* (grass) and has 𢉙 phonetic").
