欲摘（張革反蒼頡篇云摘取也說文云摘拈果樹實一云指近之也從手啇聲經文從適作擿音呈戟反）。

欲摘 ("wishing to pluck"; [the latter] fanqie: 張 + 革. The Cangjie pian says: "Zhai (摘) means to pick or take." The Shuowen says: "Zhai means to pluck the fruit of trees; one explanation says to approach it with fingers; it takes 手 as semantic and 啇 as phonetic." In the sūtra text it is written with 適 as 擿, with the fanqie: 呈 + 戟).
