萬邦遵奉（鄭玄注周禮曰　大曰邦小曰國邦之所居亦曰國也三蒼曰遵習也尒雅曰遵從也說文曰奉承也言並從命承稟也）。

Ten thousand states follow and honor it (萬邦遵奉: Zheng Xuan's commentary on the *Rites of Zhou* says: "A large one is called a *bang* [邦]; a small one is called a *guo* [國]; the place where a *bang* resides is also called a *guo*." The *Sancang* says: "*Zun* [遵] means to practice." The *Erya* says: "*Zun* means to follow." The *Shuowen jiezi* says: "*Feng* [奉] means to receive respectfully." It means all follow commands and respectfully receive orders).
