Elāpattra Dragon King (Elā is the name of a tree, translated here as "foul-smelling"; pattra is translated here as "extreme"; it means that in the past, this dragon damaged the leaves of this extremely foul-smelling tree, causing this foul tree to grow upon its head, and on that account it took this as its name).
