迦毘羅城（具云迦比羅皤窣都言迦比羅者此云黃色也皤窣都者所依處也謂上古有黃頭仙人依此處修道故因名耳）。

"The city of Kapilavastu" (In full, it is Kapilavastu. Saying Kapila is translated here as "yellow color." Vastu is "dwelling place." It means that in high antiquity, a yellow-headed rishi relied on this place to practice the Way; hence it was named after him).
