良臣猛將（將即亮反謚法曰小心敬事曰良順理習善曰良今謂止私存國曰良臣謀而後勇曰猛將）。

良臣猛將 [Fine ministers and fierce generals] (將 is pronounced [in fanqie] 即亮. The Rules on Posthumous Titles say: "Being attentive and reverently serving is called 良 (fine); conforming to principle and habituating goodness is called 良." Here it means subduing selfishness and preserving the state is called a fine minister (良臣); strategizing and then exercising bravery is called a fierce general (猛將)).
