創皰（上初良反又作戧剏皆古字也說文創傷也經有作瘡俗字非正也下蒲斅反又作皰同說文面生氣瘡也經文有作疱字非正體也）。

創皰 (wounds and pustules: the first character is 初 + 良 fanqie, also written as 戧 or 剏, both being ancient characters; the *Shuowen* says: '創 means an injury'; in sūtras some write 瘡, which is a vulgar character and not orthodox. The second character is 蒲 + 斅 fanqie, also written as 皰, identical; the *Shuowen* says: 'Facial eruptions caused by vapor'; in sūtra texts some write 疱, which is not the standard form).
