㿃下（當賴反又作䐭同字林女人赤白㿃二病也關中多音帶三蒼下漏病也釋名云下痢重而赤白曰㿃言厲䐭而難差也經文作蜇字與䖧同知列反謂蟲螫也又作哲字智也此之兩字並非經意）。

㿃下 (dysentery with bleeding: 㿃 is 當 + 賴 fanqie, also written as 䐭, identical. The *Zilin* says: 'The two illnesses of red and white vaginal discharge in women.' In the Guanzhong region it is mostly pronounced 带 [*dai*]. The *Sancang* says: 'The disease of downward leakage.' The *Shiming* says: 'Severe downward dysentery with red and white discharge is called 㿃, meaning painful and lingering and hard to cure.' Sūtra texts write it as 蜇, identical with 䖧 [知 + 列 fanqie], meaning an insect sting; or write it as 哲, meaning wise: neither of these two characters matches the meaning of the sūtra).
