南无（正言納慕亦言納莫此云敬禮若言件談或云伴題此云禮拜言和南皆等訛謬也有本稱南无諸佛應從喜稱南无佛為正也）。

Namo (the correct expression is namo, also namas, translated here as reverent homage; if said as vandana, it translates as bowing in veneration; saying henan is equally erroneous. Some editions read 'Namo to all Buddhas'; one should follow joyously taking refuge in 'Namo to the Buddha' as correct).
