椽梠（力舉反方言屋梠謂之檐郭璞即屋檐也亦呼為連縓亦名[棍-日+(ㄇ@人)]說文梠桷通語也[棍-日+(ㄇ@人)]音毘切韻梠桷端木今雀梠也）。

椽梠 (*chuan lü* [rafters and eaves]: for 梠, *li* + *ju* fanqie; *Fangyan*: "roof eaves are called *lü*"; Guo Pu says: that is, the eaves of a house; it is also called *lianhuan*, and also named [棍-日+(ㄇ@人)]; *Shuowen jiezi*: "梠 and 桷 are synonymous"; [棍-日+(ㄇ@人)] is pronounced *pi*; *Qieyun*: the wood at the end of the rafters, nowadays called *quelü*).
