孚乳（通俗文𡖉化日孚芳無反字林撫于反廣雅玉篇孚生也方言雞伏通俗文𡖉是也玉篇姥伏也𡖉孚也下而注反切韻濡主反蒼頡篇乳于也玉篇亦生也鳥養子曰孚獸養子曰乳）。

孚乳 (*fu ru* [brood and nurse / breed and suckle]: *Tongsuwen*: "eggs hatching is called 孚", *fang* + *wu* fanqie; *Zilin*: *fu* + *yu* fanqie; *Guangya* and *Yupian*: "孚 means to give birth"; *Fangyan*: a hen brooding; the *Tongsuwen* says eggs; *Yupian*: a mother brooding, eggs hatching; the second is *er* + *zhu* fanqie; *Qieyun*: *ru* + *zhu* fanqie; *Cang Jie pian*: "乳 means to nurse/rear"; *Yupian*: also means to give birth; birds rearing offspring is called 孚; beasts rearing offspring is called 乳).
