陀羅尼中云帝隸阿惰僧伽兜略（其阿惰音從臥反梵云怛唎云三阿特嚩二合云廿僧伽云眾咄略略音力蛇反同一種也有作阿㤢相傳音於六反音既不然亦無此字梵云阿特嚩今訛云阿㤢傳寫誤錯變惰為㤢誤之甚矣）。

In the dhāraṇī it says: dìlì āduò sēngqiě dōulüè (帝隸阿惰僧伽兜略): The pronunciation of 阿惰 has the fanqie 從臥 [duò]. In Sanskrit it is *tri* (怛唎), which means 'three'; *adhva* (阿特嚩, two syllables combined), which means 'time/paths'; *saṅgha* (僧伽), which means 'assembly'; *tulya* (咄略, where the pronunciation of 略 has the fanqie 力蛇 [lě]), which means 'of the same kind'. Some write 阿㤢, and it is traditionally pronounced with the fanqie 於六 [yù]. Not only is the sound incorrect, but there is also no such character. The Sanskrit is *adhva*, and nowadays it is erroneously written as 阿㤢; in the course of transmission and copying, errors were made, changing 惰 into 㤢, which is an egregious mistake.
