憺怕（上談濫反顧野王云憺謂恬靜也王逸注楚辭云安也下普百反廣雅云怕靜也說文謂無為也二字並從心詹白皆聲也經從炎從水作淡泊字非也）。

Danpo 憺怕 (the first character fanqie 談濫; Gu Yewang says: "Dan 憺 means calm and tranquil"; Wang Yi's commentary on the Chuci says: "At peace"; the second character fanqie 普百; the Guangya says: "Po 怕 means quiet"; the Shuowen states: "Non-action"; both characters take the heart radical, with zhan 詹 and bai 白 as the respective phonetics; the sutra writing them with flame and water as 淡泊 is incorrect).
