所圖（案詔定古文官書圖[圖-囗]二形同達胡反廣雅圖度也議也圖亦計也）。

What is planned (所圖: note that the officially fixed ancient script gives the two forms 圖 and [圖-囗] as identical, *dat-hu* fanqie. The Guangya says: '*Tu* (圖) means to measure; it means to deliberate.' *Tu* also means to calculate).
