捷利（上潛葉反毛詩傳曰捷勝也王注楚辭云速也疾也古今正字從手疌聲疌音同上也）。

捷利 (*jiélì*, swift and sharp; the upper character has the fanqie 潛葉 [*qián* + *yè*]. The Mao *Shi commentary* says: "*Jié* means victorious." Wang's commentary on the *Chuci* says: "Fast; swift." The *Gu-jin zhengzi* says: "It is composed of 手 with 疌 as phonetic." 疌 is pronounced the same as above).
