枷縛（上音加案枷者禁繫罪人之刑具也以木枷人頸令不東西桎梏之類也從木加聲）。

Shackled and bound (枷縛: for the upper character, the sound is *jiā* [jia]. Note that a pillory [枷] is an instrument of punishment used to confine and bind criminals. It uses wood to yoke a person's neck so that they cannot move east or west; it is of the class of fetters and manacles. It has the radical 木 'wood' and 加 *jiā* phonetic).
