𢙴戀（上正體愛字也說文慧也從心旡夂聲會意字也下劣轉反去聲字也考聲思也說文從心䜌聲也）。

Cherish and yearn for (𢙴戀: the upper character is the standard form of 愛 [love]. The *Shuowen jiezi* says: "Benevolence." It takes the radical 心 'heart' with 旡 and 夂 as phonetic; it is an ideogrammatic compound. For the lower character, *liè* - *zhuǎn* fanqie [*liàn*]; it is a falling tone character. The *Kaosheng* says: "To long for." The *Shuowen jiezi* states that it takes the radical 心 with 䜌 *luán* phonetic).
