繽紛（上匹賓反下拂文反王注楚辭云繽紛眾繁盛貌古今正字並從糸形聲也）。

Fluttering profusion (for the former [character 繽], pi + bin fan; for the latter [character 紛], fu + wen fan; Wang [Yi]'s commentary on the *Chuci* says: "*Binfen* describes an abundant, teeming appearance"; the *Gujin zhengzi* writes both with 'silk' (糸); they are phono-semantic compounds).
