Naked ones (for the former [character 裸], hua + wa fan, following the popular pronunciation; the correct pronunciation is lu + guo fan; the *Shuowen* says: "*Luo* means exposed and baring the flesh; it is formed with 'clothing' (衣) and guo (果) as phonetic"; it is also written as 倮, 蠃, or 躶, all being the same).
