不顧（音固鄭箋詩云顧視也廣雅向也字書念也說文還視也從頁雇聲也頁音頡雇音固也）。

不顧 (Unmindful: [顧 has the] sound 固 [gù]. Zheng's gloss on the Shijing says: '顧 means to look back.' The Guangya says: 'To face.' The character dictionaries say: 'To think of.' The Shuowen jiezi says: 'To look back; derived from 頁 with the sound 雇. 頁 has the sound 頡 [xié]; 雇 has the sound 固 [gù]).
