顧𢡽（上音固鄭云迴首曰顧說文還視也從頁雇聲也雇音同上經作𮨇俗字也下星亦反廣雅𢡽愛也楚辭貪也考聲恡也從心昔聲也古作㫺也）。

Cherish and begrudge (顧𢡽: the first character has the sound of gu [顧]. Zheng says: “To turn the head is called 顧.” The Shuowen says: “To look back; formed from head [頁] with 雇 phonetic.” 雇 has the same sound as above. In the sūtra written as 𮨇, a vulgar character. The second character, xing [星] + yi [亦] fan. The Guangya says: “𢡽 means to cherish.” The Chuci says: “Greedy.” The Kaosheng says: “Begrudging.” Formed from heart [心] with 昔 phonetic; anciently written as 㫺).
