堵羅緜（上音覩下彌然反梵語細綿絮也沙門道宣注四分戒經云草木花絮也蒲臺花柳花白楊白疊花等絮是也取細耎義）。

堵羅緜 (tūla-cotton; the former is pronounced du; the latter is mi/ran fan; Sanskrit for fine cotton down; the Śramaṇa Daoxuan's commentary on the Dharmaguptaka Vinaya says: 'The down of plant and tree flowers; such as cattail flowers, willow down, white poplar, and cotton (paṭa) blossom down; taken in the sense of being fine and soft').
