愚憃（下卓降反鄭注周禮云憃愚也生而癡騃童民者也說文云愚也亦作戇戇㤶精神不爽貌也從心舂聲舂音束鍾反㤶音邈降反）。

Ignorant and foolish (愚憃: the second character has the fanqie zhuo-jiang; Zheng's commentary on the Zhouli states that 憃 means foolish, one born foolish and silly, like an ignorant commoner; the Shuowen states that it means foolish; it is also written as 戇; 戇㤶 is the appearance of a mind not being lucid; it is formed from 'heart' [心] with 舂 as phonetic; 舂 has the fanqie shu-zhong; 㤶 has the fanqie miao-jiang).
