憕懵（上鄧經反下墨崩反考聲云精神不爽也字書惛昧也經中或作瞪矒亦通有作慳慢非）。

憕懵 (The upper character is fanqie d[eng] + j[ing]. The lower character is fanqie m[o] + b[eng]. The Kaosheng says: 'The spirit not clear.' Character dictionaries say: 'Confused and dazed.' In the sūtra it is sometimes written as 瞪矒, which is also acceptable; some write 慳慢, which is incorrect.)
