關綴（上古還反說文以木橫持戶也從門𢇇聲𢇇音同上𢇇字從𢆶𢆶音幽從丱音古患反經從弁作閞閞音弁下輟銳反前寶雨經第八卷已釋訖輟音轉劣反也）。

[Fastened and linked] (The first character has the fanqie of 古 [k-] and 還 [-uæn]: the *Shuowen jiezi* says, "Barring a door horizontally with wood. It is formed from 'gate' (門) and the 'guān' (𢇇) phonetic." 'Guān' (𢇇) has the same pronunciation as above. The character 𢇇 is formed from 𢆶 (pronounced 幽 [ʔieu]) and 丱 (with the fanqie of 古 [k-] and 患 [-uæn]). The sūtra writes it with 弁 as 閞; 閞 is pronounced 弁. The second character has the fanqie of 輟 [tɕʰ-] and 銳 [-uɛi]: already fully explained under the eighth fascicle of the earlier *Jewel Cloud Sūtra*; 'chuò' (輟) has the fanqie of 轉 [t-] and 劣 [-iɛt]).
