攢茂（徂鸞反鄭注禮記云攢猶聚也蒼頡篇亦聚也說文云攢謂藂生也從木贊聲也）。

[Luxuriant growth] (Fanqie of 徂 [dz-] and 鸞 [-uân]: Zheng's commentary on the *Book of Rites* says, "'Cuán' (攢) is like gathering." The *Cangjiepian* also says, "To gather." The *Shuowen jiezi* says, "'Cuán' means growing in clusters. It is formed from 'wood' (木) and the 'zàn' (贊) phonetic").
