能濡（下乳朱反毛詩傳云濡漬也又潤澤也說文從水需聲需音須）。

Capable of moistening (能濡: the second character has the sound r- [乳] + -ú [朱] fanqie. The Mao Commentary on the Classic of Poetry says: '濡 means to soak; it also means to moisten.' The Shuowen says: 'Formed with the water radical (水) and xū (需) as phonetic; 需 has the sound xū [須]').
