風痰 (The second character is pronounced with the fanqie 噉 + 甘. The Kaosheng says: an illness of fluid in the diaphragm. The Wenzi jilüe says: fluid above the chest; it takes the 'sickness' radical and 炎 as phonetic. The 'sickness' radical (疒) is pronounced with the fanqie 女 + 厄.)
